At ChinaJoy event Iqoo showcased Iqoo 8 which was under the shell and only display was shown. It seems the company is keeping the surprise by hiding its device’s design to add more excitement for the fans.[Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”6″ gal_title=”iqoo 8 stealth look”]
Iqoo is known for launching budget friendly flagship killer smartphones since its first smartphone Iqoo 3 was introduced in early 2020. Its smartphones also considered as gamers friendly smartphones as it gives competitive advantages while playing a game on it.
But now it seems the Iqoo is more focusing on its display for its upcoming Iqoo 8 series. This smartphone brand was sharing mobile phone display images on Weibo and has not shared a single photo showing any other part of its upcoming device. As earlier also mentioned, at the ChinaJoy event too the upcoming device’s back design was completely covered and display was shown to be experienced. Other reason of hiding device’s design could be creating more excitement.
As per some unofficial glimpses, the upcoming phone will be supporting 160W fast charging. While the Iqoo booth was equipped with 120W charging system at the event. Moreover the phone is expected to become the first smartphone featuring Snapdragon 888+ chipset 12 GB of Ram & 256 GB of internal storage. It’s also supposed to come up with virtual RAM increment option same as company’s previous smartphone Iqoo 7.
As far as the display is concerned, it is supposed to be coming with a Samsung E5 LTPO AMOLED having 2k resolution (1,440 x 3,200 px). The display is also alleged to have 120Hz refresh rate with native 10 bit and 1500 nits brightness.
